Attorneys at law “Senators” was established in 2017 when partners of two Ukrainian law firms —
“Bondarchuk & Partners” and “Okhrimchuk, Hrushyn, Khandurin” decided to joint their law practices.
The combination of experience and professional expertise of both teams made it possible to form a

- Litigation practiceOur firm provides a full scope of legal services and professional support in disputes resolution. The services include advising on different law issues, drafting legal opinions, development of legal position and further strategy, drafting procedural documentation, representing the client at courts of all instances, State Enforcement Service and other state bodies. We provide legal support in disputes with individuals and legal entities, as well as in administrative proceedings: antimonopoly, tax, licensing, administrative penalties and fines. We practice dispute resolution on the issues of Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Law and Intellectual property, Tax Law, Family Law, Antitrust and Competition Law and other issues.
